These terms cover your use of this website, run by Rent Bonsai Trees in Anaheim Hills, California. By using the site or booking a call through it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Quotes and rentals
The site lets you see our trees and book a short call to talk about an event. A call or a quote is not a rental. A rental is confirmed only when we both agree to a written rental agreement, which sets the price, dates, delivery, deposit, care of the trees and cancellation terms. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the rental agreement wins.
Every tree is one of a kind and changes with the seasons. Photos on the site show each tree as it looked when it was photographed, and availability depends on the date of your event.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Cal.com. Please give a phone number and email address that reach you. If you need to change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us. We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we'll let you know if we do.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that aren't public, or use it to send spam or false bookings.
Our content
The photos, text and design of this site belong to Rent Bonsai Trees or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Rent Bonsai Trees is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Other websites
The site uses Cal.com to book calls and may link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and we aren't responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
